Edinburgh-based copywriter. I provide content. I also provide marketing services. I understand copy and how it works as a direct marketing technique, how it should work as a marketing tool. And I work across all channels because what works offline (in print – brochure, newsletter, poster, training pack, press release) will work online too (website, blog, e-newsletter). I’m also a trained journalist, copy editor and proofreader. And I have a background in marketing.
I’ve worked on public health campaigns on behalf of the Scottish Government. And for big brands and small businesses. For many of my clients words do the selling – whether it’s a product, a service or a change in behaviour such as cutting down Experienced and qualified journalist, writer, editor and proofreader for print and online.

Over ten year’s marketing experience: from strategic marketing for blue chip firms Deloitte, KPMG, Baker Tilly, Ove Arup & Partners, Nabarro Nathanson and Norton Rose to social marketing campaigns for NHS Health Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Government.
