media140 Scotland

The big event is almost upon us. On Thursday the 17th of June, Glasgow plays host to Scotland’s first media140 event; a global movement bringing together a collective of forward thinking people to meet, discuss and express opinions on the future of the real-time social web.

media140 Scotland is creating an opportunity for people from all walks of life to participate and share their experiences of using social media. Writer Pat Kane, Trey Pennington and the ‘unloveable’ Steve Berry will kindly contribute their thoughts. Questions are welcome and debate encouraged.

Previous media140 locations have included Sydney, Perth, London and Italy. It will be the first of its kind in Scotland.
